While many shipments arrive within approximately one week after dispatch, delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to factors outside our control including carrier delays, customs processing, or logistical disruptions.
Customs duties and import taxes for international shipments are covered by The HeartBreak Club. Some inventory may also be available in Dubai for in person pickup. These items are not currently available for shipment.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier. Customers experiencing delivery issues should contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided.
Customers may request an exchange or store credit if they are not satisfied with their order. To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, items must be:
• unworn
• unwashed
• in new condition
Requests must be made within 5-day timeframe after delivery and are subject to review and approval. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping when requesting an exchange or store credit. The HeartBreak Club reserves the right to deny exchanges or store credit if returned items do not meet the required conditions.
If an item arrives damaged or if an incorrect product was received, customers may request either an exchange or store credit. Requests should include clear photographs showing the issue with the product and packaging.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, The HeartBreak Club is not responsible for lost or delayed packages. Customers experiencing delivery issues should contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided.
