SHIPPING INFORMATION

Free Shipping for Domestic Orders

All domestic orders within the United States receive free shipping. Shipping rates for international orders are calculated at checkout depending on the destination.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days before shipment. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier. While many shipments arrive within approximately one week after dispatch, delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to factors outside our control including carrier delays, customs processing, or logistical disruptions.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Customs duties and import taxes for international shipments are covered by The HeartBreak Club. Some inventory is also available in Dubai for in-person pickup — these items are not currently available for shipment.

Lost Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier. Customers experiencing delivery issues should contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided.

EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT

Exchange & Store Credit Policy

We do not offer cash refunds. Customers may request an exchange or store credit if they are not satisfied with their order. Requests must be made within 5 days of delivery and are subject to review and approval.

Eligibility Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition
  • Original tags must be attached
  • Items should be in original packaging if possible
  • Items purchased on final sale are not eligible
  • Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible

The HeartBreak Club reserves the right to deny exchanges or store credit if returned items do not meet these conditions. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

How to Request an Exchange or Store Credit

  1. Contact our customer service team at aman@theheartbreakclub.store within 5 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and the reason for your request
  3. Ship your items back to us in their original condition at your own cost
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your exchange or store credit

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If an item arrives damaged or if an incorrect product was received, please contact us immediately with clear photographs showing the issue with the product and packaging. We will arrange an exchange or store credit at no cost to you, including return shipping.
